How do I share a mailbox or calendar in Outlook 2013/2016 (Windows)?

  1. Right-click the folder in Outlook that you want to share and select Properties


     
  2. Select the Permissions tab
  3. Select Add


     
  4. Search for the person/account you want to grant access
  5. Select the account, then Add and OK


     
  6. Using the Permission Level drop-down list, choose the level of access you want the account to have
  7. Select Apply then OK

    Select the level of access, click Apply and OK.
