How do I share a mailbox or calendar in Outlook 2013/2016 (Windows)?
- Right-click the folder in Outlook that you want to share and select Properties
- Select the Permissions tab
- Select Add
- Search for the person/account you want to grant access
- Select the account, then Add and OK
- Using the Permission Level drop-down list, choose the level of access you want the account to have
- Select Apply then OK
