Creating an email signature using the Outlook Web App (OWA)

Staff email signatures must comply with Deakin Style Guide requirements.

  1. Login to the Outlook Web App using your Deakin username and password.
  2. Click Settings icon  (top-right of main screen), then Options.
  3. Click Settings in the left hand menu, then click on the mail tab.

  4. Add your email signature to the text box.

  5. Click Save (bottom left of the window).
