How to install Office on a Deakin University owned, non Deakin Desktop computer

Warning: This download is available to STAFF ONLY and is for installation on a Deakin University owned computer that is not running the Deakin Desktop operating system.
To install Office on a staff member's home machine for work-related purposes, Microsoft requires that each staff member purchase their own personal media set at a nominal cost.
  1. Go to the Deakin Software Library.
  2. Click Office applications > Office 2013 for Windows.
  3. Click the download link that applies to the software you wish to install.
  4. Enter your Deakin username and password when prompted.
  5. Save the file to a familiar location.
  6. When the file has downloaded, right-click on it and extract it.
  7. Open the Setup.exe file.
  8. Accept the terms of the licensing agreement.
  9. Click Install Now.
  10. Click Close, when the installation has completed.
Note: If prompted for license details, select use KMS client key.
