Can I request additional staff email storage quota?
Staff have an email storage quota of 10GB. Quota increase requests can be made through the IT Service Desk if there is a valid business case, and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
When requesting a quota increase, in addition to a valid business case, the mailbox owner must demonstrate that they have exhausted all other options for reducing the mailbox size, including mail archiving.
Email should not be used as a storage medium, and should never be used for the storage of corporate data/records. For assistance storing corporate data/records, please contact Information and Records Services.
