My nearest Ricoh printer has an issue or fault, what can I do?

My nearest printer is low on toner, what can I do?

Nothing! The Ricoh valet service will take care of it. The valet staff will have already received an automated alert and will change over the toner before it runs out.

My nearest printer is out of paper, what can I do?

If you need to print urgently, simply make use of "Follow Me Printing" and walk to your next closest printer.  In the meantime, the Ricoh valet service will have already received an automated alert and will visit the device as soon as possible to top up paper.

My nearest printer has a paper jam, what can I do?

If confident, you can attempt to clear the jam following the step by step instructions shown on the printer's display, or walk to your next closest printer and utilise the "Follow Me Printing" and collect your printing there.

The Ricoh valet service will have received an automated alert and will visit the device as soon as possible.

My nearest printer has a different type of issue

You should report other printer issues directly to Ricoh: Ph 1300 362 577 (service) or 1300 362 588 (supplies).

  • Quote the device serial number (sticker located on the front of the device).
  • Quote the error code (if any).
