If you have service issues, or wish to change your service provisions

You can contact Telstra directly:

You will need to provide your account password - the IT Service Desk can assist if you have forgotten this.

If you have Password or Billing issues

You can contact the IT Service Desk.

Itemised bills are sent to the nominated account holder of each personal mobile phone on the 20th of each month (eg your January bill will be sent to you on 20 February). There can be up to a six week lag between calls and when are deducted from your pay (eg your January charges are usually deducted in your first pay in March).
