Deakin mobile - Lost or stolen mobile phones
If your Deakin mobile phone has been lost or stolen, a number of options are available to you:
- You can bar the service - if you subsequently find your phone, it can be unbarred. Requests for baring your service should be made directly to the Telstra helpdesk:

- You can request a SIM card reburn - which creates a new SIM card with the same number, and makes your lost/stolen SIM card inactive.
