I am unable to access my units on Deakin Sync

The below message can sometimes be received when you try to access units in CloudDeakin.

This can happen when your enrolment hasn't been fully processed within the University systems.

If you recently enrolled in a unit and attempted to access your unit you may get the error above. There is a period of up to 48 hours for your enrolment become available in DeakinSync and CloudDeakin.

I have waited 48 hours and I still am unable to access my units

There are a few things that you can do:

1. Log in to StudentConnect and confirm that your enrolment has been completed successfully.

2. Contact Student Central to speak to a support officer.
