I can't select my headset in PureCloud. or my audio is dropping out.

  1. Ensure your headset has been setup as per "How do I setup my phone in PureCloud (WebRTC)"
  2. Ensure Jabra Direct is installed, running, and up to date (Should be version 3.8 or later) and settings are correct.
  3. Check There is a Jabra Direct icon in the system tray (if not Jabra can be run from the start menu and installed from the Software Store in your start menu.
  4. Right click on the icon and select Open Jabra Direct
  5. Click the Device icon on the top left
  6. Set Device settings as below
