I can't select my headset in PureCloud. or my audio is dropping out.
- Ensure your headset has been setup as per "How do I setup my phone in PureCloud (WebRTC)"
- Ensure Jabra Direct is installed, running, and up to date (Should be version 3.8 or later) and settings are correct.
- Check There is a Jabra Direct icon in the system tray (if not Jabra can be run from the start menu and installed from the Software Store in your start menu.
- Right click on the icon and select Open Jabra Direct
- Click the Device icon on the top left
- Set Device settings as below
